Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Valoutily, a mobile application developed and operated by Kutalmış Kılıçalı Oruç ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Valoutily.

Valoutily is a reference guide for the game Valorant. It shows community-documented lineups (ability throw positions), map intel, crosshair codes, and a spike timer.

The app is free of charge and supported by advertising. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no purchases, and no subscriptions.

The content is provided for informational purposes only. Lineups depend on your positioning, timing, and in-game conditions, and game updates by Riot Games may change or invalidate any lineup at any time. We do not guarantee that any lineup will work, will remain accurate, or will produce a particular result in a match.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy the content or media of the app
• Redistribute, resell, or republish the content as your own product
• Interfere with the app's servers or attempt to gain unauthorised access to them
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law or Riot Games' own terms

Valoutily is a reference tool. It does not modify, inject into, or interact with the Valorant game client in any way, and using it does not violate Riot Games' rules.

The app itself — its source code, design, layout, and original written content — belongs to KKO Tech. You may use screenshots of the app for personal, non-commercial purposes such as sharing a lineup with teammates.

All Valorant-related names, marks, maps, agent names, and imagery are the property of Riot Games, Inc. and are used here for identification and reference purposes only.

The app displays ads served by Google AdMob. We do not control which specific ads are shown. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and them; we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the products they promote. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Valoutily is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the app. Because the app is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for it, which is zero.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice. Content may be updated or removed as the game changes. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Valoutily is an independent, unofficial application. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Riot Games, Inc. Valorant is a registered trademark of Riot Games, Inc. Riot Games is not responsible for the app or its content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Türkiye. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer provisions of your country of residence.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
