Privacy Policy

1. Summary
Valoutily is a free mobile app that provides lineup guides for Valorant, developed and operated by Kutalmış Kılıçalı Oruç ("we", "us", or "our").
Valoutily has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, or any similar personal information. The app never writes anything to our server — it only reads content.
The only data that leaves your device is what the advertising and crash reporting services collect. Each is listed below.
2. Data Controller
3. Data That Stays on Your Device
The following is stored only in your phone's own storage and is never sent to us or to third parties:
- Your favourites — the identifiers of the lineups you saved
- Your language preference — the language you picked inside the app
Deleting the app also deletes this data.
4. Third-Party Services
To keep the app free and reliable, a small amount of data is processed by the following providers. Each is bound by its own privacy policy.
Google AdMob — Advertising
The app is free and supported by ads. AdMob accesses your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), approximate location derived from your IP address (country/city level), and device and operating system information. On iOS 14.5 and later the app asks for tracking permission on first launch; if you decline, you are shown non-personalised ads and the app keeps working exactly the same.
Data location: United States
Firebase Crashlytics — Crash reporting
If the app closes unexpectedly, an automatic report is sent so we can find and fix the problem. It contains the technical trace of the error, your device model, operating system version, app version, and an anonymous installation identifier assigned by Google. These reports contain no personal information such as your name, email, or favourites. Reporting is only enabled in published builds.
Data location: United States
Supabase — Content hosting
Lineup, map, agent, and crosshair content is hosted on Supabase. The app only reads from this server; none of your data is written to it. Standard server logs (IP address, request time) may be retained by the hosting service as part of its normal operation.
Data location: European Union (Frankfurt)
5. Data Security
All traffic between the app and every service listed above is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. The content database is read-only for the app: it is protected by row-level security policies that permit reading published content and nothing else.
While we take reasonable precautions, no system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights
Because the app keeps no account that identifies you, there is no user record for us to delete. You remain in control of the identifiers described above:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads — reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking — withdraw tracking permission at any time.
- On-device data: uninstalling the app removes your favourites and language preference.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. For any request, contact us at [email protected].
7. Children's Privacy
Valoutily is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from that age group. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at [email protected] and we will address it promptly.
8. International Data Transfers
Data handled by the services above may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States (Google) and the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the providers rely on standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions recognized under applicable data protection law.
9. Trademark Notice
Valoutily is an independent app. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games, Inc. Valorant is a registered trademark of Riot Games, Inc. All game-related names, marks, and imagery belong to their respective owners.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
