1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Style Match mobile application ("Service") operated by Kutalmış Kılıçalı Oruç ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Style Match, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Style Match is an AI-powered wardrobe assistant available on iOS. The Service allows you to:

• Build a digital wardrobe by uploading and analyzing clothing photos
• Generate AI-powered outfit combinations from your wardrobe
• Receive weather-contextual outfit suggestions based on your location
• Track and manage your clothing collection

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Style Match. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service and agree to these Terms.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration & Security

You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google or Apple. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Free & Premium Plans

Style Match offers two service tiers:

We reserve the right to adjust quota limits at any time. Material reductions to Premium plan features will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium access is available through auto-renewing subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store, managed by RevenueCat. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store subscription settings.
• Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or wardrobe data; you retain access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not process payments directly and do not store your payment card information. All billing is handled by Apple.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not issue refunds independently.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Style Match only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, or violates any third party's rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass usage quotas, authentication, or security measures
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
• Share, sell, or transfer your account access to any third party
• Represent AI-generated outfit suggestions as professional fashion advice

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to Style Match ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to upload the photos you submit
• Your content does not violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Your content does not contain illegal material

We do not claim ownership of your wardrobe photos and will not use them for any purpose other than operating the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Outfit combinations and styling suggestions generated by Style Match are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for personal, entertainment, and inspirational purposes only. They do not constitute professional fashion, styling, or purchasing advice.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, inappropriate for certain occasions, or inconsistent. We make no warranty that AI suggestions will meet your expectations or be suitable for any specific purpose. You use AI-generated recommendations at your own discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

The Style Match application, including its design, interface, branding, code, and all original content (excluding User Content), is the exclusive property of Kutalmış Kılıçalı Oruç and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Style Match is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outfit suggestions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kutalmış Kılıçalı Oruç shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Sections 8 (User Content license), 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Disclaimer), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law) survive termination.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you may also have rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the right to seek recourse before your local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory local law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notice or email at least 30 days before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account before the effective date.
