Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 15, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Style Match, an AI-powered wardrobe and outfit assistant developed and operated by Kutalmış Kılıçalı Oruç ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Style Match mobile application, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over your data.
By creating an account or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Style Match.

For any privacy-related questions, requests, or complaints, you may contact us at the email address above.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Account Information
When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your email address and display name from those providers. We do not store your social login passwords.
3.2 Wardrobe Photos & Clothing Data
The core feature of Style Match is your digital wardrobe. When you add a clothing item, you upload a photo from your camera or photo library. This image is:
- Compressed on your device before transmission
- Sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for analysis
- Stored on our cloud infrastructure (AWS S3)
From each photo, we extract and store clothing attributes including: item type, primary color, pattern, season, style category, fit, length, material, brand, warmth level, and a short description. You may edit these attributes at any time.
3.3 Location Data
When you use the weather-based outfit suggestion feature, we request your device's current location (latitude and longitude). This location is sent to our backend server to fetch a weather forecast. We do not store your location persistently, track your movements, or use location for advertising. If you deny location permission, a default location (Istanbul, Turkey) may be used as a fallback.
3.4 Usage & Quota Data
We track how many wardrobe analyses and outfit combinations you have generated, both to enforce plan limits (free vs. premium) and to display your usage statistics in the app. Daily usage logs are automatically purged each night.
3.5 Device Preferences
Your app theme (light/dark mode), onboarding state, and cached email are stored locally on your device using standard app storage. This data never leaves your device and is cleared when you uninstall the app.
3.6 Feedback & Support Messages
If you submit feedback through the in-app form, we collect your message, the category you selected (e.g. Bug Report, Feature Request), and an optional screenshot you choose to attach. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and improve the service.
4. How We Use Your Data
